1. Admission & Program Enrollment

Enrollment across our foundational and competitive wings (JEE, NEET, CA Foundation, Foundation, Pre-Foundation, and CUET) is subject to the following conditions[cite: 9]:

• Accurate Details: Parents and guardians must furnish accurate personal and academic information during registration[cite: 9]. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate batch reassignment or cancellation of admission[cite: 9].
• Batch Allocation: Batches, faculty mentor assignments, and class schedules are allocated at the sole discretion of the institute management to ensure optimal academic balance and cohort strength[cite: 9].
• Diagnostic Screening: Certain specialized rankers' batches may require mandatory qualification through diagnostic baseline assessments or scholarship exams[cite: 9].

2. Fee Structure, Payment & Taxes

• Payment Schedule: Course fees must be cleared in accordance with the agreed installment timetable or full upfront schedule agreed upon at the time of admission[cite: 9].
• Official Invoicing: All fee receipts are digitally accounted for and issued under registered institute accounts. Parents are advised not to make cash payments to unverified third parties.
• Late Payment: Delayed installment payments beyond the designated grace period may temporarily suspend access to classroom lectures, digital study portals, and the library until dues are cleared.

3. Pro-Rata Refund & Cancellation Policy

In adherence to the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) standards and fair consumer educational guidelines:

• Withdrawal Notice: Any request for withdrawal from a course must be submitted in writing to the administrative desk by the parent or registered legal guardian.
• Fair Refund Mechanism: In the event of an approved discontinuation, any eligible refund will be calculated on a pro-rata basis after deducting applicable registration charges, unrecoverable study material costs, and charges for classroom sessions conducted up to the formal date of withdrawal.
• Study Material & Registration: One-time physical study module kits and admission processing charges once issued are non-refundable.

4. Intellectual Property & Study Materials

All curriculum notes, mock test papers, Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), proprietary assignment booklets, video lectures, and website materials are the exclusive intellectual property of FAST Eduventures:

• Students are granted a revocable, non-transferable, personal license to use these materials solely for their individual educational preparation.
• Reproduction, commercial resale, public re-distribution, digitization, or sharing of our proprietary materials on external platforms or social networks is strictly prohibited and subject to legal prosecution under Indian copyright law.

5. Student Discipline, Attendance & Code of Conduct

To preserve an environment of academic excellence, students are expected to uphold the institute's disciplinary code:

• Attendance: Minimum mandatory attendance is required to maximize rank outcomes. Daily Progress Reports (DPR) and unexcused absences are communicated directly to parents.
• Zero Tolerance on Misconduct: Any form of verbal harassment, bullying, property vandalism, digital defamation, or disruptive behavior within our campuses will result in immediate disciplinary suspension or rustication without fee refund.
• Campus Security: Students must abide by campus safety rules, carry institute identification cards, and adhere to premises timing.

6. Academic Results & Representation (CCPA Compliance)

FAST Eduventures is dedicated to high-standard academic mentoring, conceptual clarity, and rigorous practice. However:

• No Guarantee of Fixed Ranks: In compliance with the CCPA norms, the institute does not guarantee competitive ranks, exam clearing, or college admissions. Final performance depends fundamentally on the student's personal effort, consistency, and examination-day performance.
• Consent for Felicitation: Results published on our Wall of Fame or public assets reflect real ranks achieved by enrolled students, published with verified consent[cite: 8].

7. Limitation of Liability & Force Majeure

The Institute shall not be held liable for failure or delays in classroom instruction arising from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including extreme weather events, local government administrative orders, pandemic curbs, public holidays, or power/internet disruptions. In such events, alternative hybrid or makeup sessions will be organized.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and all academic contracts entered into with FAST Eduventures are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, grievance, or arbitration arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ghaziabad / Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
