• Digital Inquiries: Any notes, queries, or subject choices provided voluntarily when filling out our website call-back form or initiating direct WhatsApp inquiries.

3. Zero Third-Party Selling Policy

We maintain a strict zero-spam, zero-commercialization guarantee: FAST Eduventures does not sell, rent, lease, or trade personal phone numbers, emails, or student directories to third-party telemarketers, commercial aggregators, or external promotional entities under any circumstance.

4. Topper Felicitation & Media Consent (CCPA Compliance)

In accordance with the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA) Guidelines for Coaching Institutes, we only publish rank achievements, scorecards, percentages, and photographs of our students on our website or social media channels with express, written parental and student consent obtained at the time of achievement felicitation. Parents or students retain the right to request the withdrawal of their public profile card at any time.

5. Campus CCTV & Physical Surveillance

For student safety and campus discipline, our premises (including classrooms, reception lobbies, study libraries, and corridors) are monitored under continuous CCTV surveillance. Footage is retained securely on local DVR systems for a limited duration and is accessed solely for security verification and campus safety protocols.

6. Data Security & Retention

All digital records and inquiry databases are protected with role-based administrative access and SSL encryption protocols. Data is retained for the active enrollment period of the student plus any statutory retention duration required by Indian educational or financial regulations.

7. Parental & Student Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, parents and eligible students have the right to:

• Request a copy of the academic and personal information stored on file.
• Request corrections to any inaccurate phone numbers, names, or addresses.
